We are always looking for ways to add features to Broeck Pointe’s web site. At the last city meeting it was suggested we start listing "Classified Ads" on our web site as a free service to all of our residents. This could be a great avenue for acquiring or disposing of items around the house. In order to keep this process simple we have established the guidelines listed below:
All text for ads must be e-mailed to: ads@broeckpointe.com. f you have a digital photo it can be attached to the e-mail when sending text.
Items, which can be listed, include household items, electronics, furniture, vehicles and lost or found items.
Free service for all residents of Broeck Pointe only.
These listings will run for approximately 30 days. If the item sells please let us know via e-mail at ads@broeckpointe.com. They can also be renewed for 30 days by e-mailing this address.
Please, no business listings. This is being set up for use by individuals.
We hope you find this feature helpful and fun. You can begin sending your ads anytime. It may take a few days to get it on the server so keep checking the web site. Of course, if you are looking to purchase items please check often. You never know what may be "For Sale" in our city.
